month, except in November and December, when it meets on the next to last
Sunday. Locations alternate between

Hospitals & Institutions/Public Information Subcommittees meet
together at 2pm on the first Sunday of each month, except
when otherwise decided. Locations
alternate between Burlington VT and Plattsburgh NY, or in other towns upon

Convention Subcommittee meets regularly throughout the year at
varying intervals, depending on proximity to the event. Locations alternate between Burlington VT
